Recruitment is a process where you attract, identify and select. The decision making and conduct from the Recruiter throughout this process becomes the product of the placement they make. At Core Construction Personnel throughout our process, we endeavour to achieve 3 three things for our Clients and Candidates. We endeavour to work with grit, understand and have the highest standards. By complete chance some Recruiters, who get it right, will achieve one, two or none of these things. But only when you deal with a Recruiter who endeavours to achieve all 3 of these things consistently, will they get it right almost every time!

When attracting Candidates or positions True Grit is what you need when availability is tight or the market is quiet. Grit is not something you can teach, it is something you have deep within that can make things happen, at any cost. When its late in the job and in the day, Grit is what you need to possess to get things over the line. Having confidence, knowing your Recruiter will do what it takes to make things happen, is what cements a relationship.

UNDERSTAND

When we are identifying potential Candidates and positions, understanding what our Clients are looking for and what our Candidates are skilled in, is imperative. Understanding is not sending a Stone Layer to carry out lime mortar repair works or a Kitchen Fitter to fit a staircase. Understanding is what sets us apart from the competition. We make it our duty to understand, not to wing it!

STANDARDS

A Builder that works to a high standard will produce a quality product. This is similar to a recruiter that works to a high standard in their selection process. Working to a high standard is not saying yes to first Person you find or the first job that is available. Recruitment is a selection process and forcing a square block through a round hole for a quick win is lazy, we would prefer not to waste anyone’s time. We believe a good reputation is built up from the placements you don’t make.

OUR GUARENTEE

We are immensely proud of the lengths we go to assure our Clients receive Candidates that they are happy with and that our Candidates land on jobs that are suitable to their skill sets. So much so, we are happy to offer a 6-hour Guarantee to all our Clients when they use our services. Should we make a placement that does not meet our Client’s expectations, and they make us aware in the first 6 hours. We will pay the Candidate for their time and our Client will not be charged.
